Today we live in memory of September 11th 2001. A day where our freedom was tested, and we banded together to defend it. i was ten at the time, fourth grade. I was on my way to the airport to go to disneyland. I saw the whole thing on tv. I had a family friend that was supposed to be on flight 11, the first plane to hit the towers. He canceled the flight and never told us. i didnt know him, i still dont, but we had panicky friends. Anyway, I saw a broadcast today on the Glenn Beck program that i want to share. It is NOT political. Politics have no meaning today. I dont care if your republican or democrat, Conservative or liberal, what matters now is that we are americans, and thats what this video is to remind us of..what it is, to be american. the beginning is a montage of the event, thats not what i want to show you. what i want to share is Glenn Becks Speach on the event. he had such passion and meaning. Its rare i let something like that influence me. Please take the time to watch it, even if it is from fox news, i know not all of you are fans. just watch a man talk about what it is to be american.
